Having to constantly wait to be rescued is a job in itself,

For you dont realize the amount of emotion behind the blaming you put on people,
The self doubt is immense or, even the level of contradiction you put yourself through.
Every morning you wake up to an empty feeling, asking yourself a thousand questions as to why you are not making it in life, as opposed to all your peers, the instagram photos they post,
The love they receive, their content looking glamorous as ever,
While all you accomplished in life is acquiring an iphone ,
And even that is not from your own income , but a much needed gift you deserve after
Tormenting your soul and having your mother pity buy it for you.
When does the shame end? When do you wake up and start pursuing your dreams,
How do you shut off this victim mentality you are rocking day in day out, what does it take for you to lose to wake up from your pretty delusional dream.
Most importantly, dont you forget that a little life is depending on you, and that she will
Follow your footsteps one day,, is this what you want her to be too ?
Grow up and stop waiting for an epiphany to strike you out of nowhere, for most of what you were
Afraid of happening, all trespassed into your well guarded illusion of a castle.
Trust me, this warning notion is coming from a place of love,,this is from ME to ME,
At the end of your day, you happen to be all that you got.
